Founder and Executive Director

Leilani Gao

Leilani has been dancing for over thirteen years. She has been fortunate to be accepted in intensives at internationally esteemed institutions with merit scholarship such as the Bolshoi Ballet Academy, Royal Ballet School, and American Ballet Theatre. This summer, she attended the Stuttgart Ballet (John Cranko School) Summer Intensive. Leilani is currently a rising junior at Choate Rosemary Hall.

Cindy Tian

Cindy has been dancing for eleven years and her main styles are ballet and contemporary. Throughout my dance journey, I have performed on multiple international stages and received myriad national awards. I am currently a rising junior at Choate Rosemary Hall. Leilani and I decided to found this program because we felt very empowered by dance, and we found our confidence through dance.
